Common Questions
How do I restore my premium subscription?
Open Oliveward > Settings. Your subscription status syncs automatically with the App Store. If it doesn’t appear, try tapping “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
How does Shield work?
Shield uses iOS Screen Time to help you block distracting apps during focused time. It requires Screen Time permissions on your device. Shield is a premium feature.
How do I change my daily reading goal?
Go to Settings to update your daily goal and reminder preferences.
Can I use Oliveward offline?
Yes. Oliveward is designed to work fully offline. The Bible text is bundled with the app and does not require an internet connection.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Delete Account within the app. See our Delete Account page for details.
